Can I prepay my prescription online?
We currently only accept payment at time of delivery or pickup. We do NOT accept online payments.
How can I transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy?
Call or Email us. We will need to set up a profile for you. We will need your name, DOB, address, phone, email, allergies, medical conditions, and insurance information. Please give us the pharmacy name and phone number, and medication name or prescription number. We will do the rest. Please note, per federal law, scheduled/narcotic medications can be transferred ONLY one time.
What if I forgot to pick up my prescription at the indicated time?
We will hold you prescription for fourteen days. If you've forgotten to pick up your prescription in this time, call us and we'll be happy to refill it, however we must return the medicane back to stock.
Can I pick up my mother's prescription? What information do I need?
You must show the proper identification and you must be an authorized caregiver for the patient whose prescription you are picking up.
Can I use my prescription card at your pharmacy?
Yes, we support most major insurance companies.
Can you help me with Medicare Part D questions?
Yes, we have trained Medicare Part D professionals on staff.
How can I get my prescriptions after hours?
You can reach us on the after -hours emergency hotline at 203-308-5838 and we will gladly assist you. PLEASE reserve this number for true emergencies.
If I have no refills remaining, can I still request a refill online?
Yes, we will contact your physician for you to request a refill. You will be required to enter your phone number so we may contact you at a later time.
Can you deliver my prescriptions?
YES! Please indicate that you desire to have your prescriptions delivered. Please note that our deliveries go out at approximately 1:00 PM. The earlier you contact us, the better for deliveries.
